Cat Cow Mobilization

  1. Get onto your hands and knees.
  2. Tuck your toes under your feet.
  3. Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.
  4. Lift your head and your tailbone, drop your belly.
  5. Tuck your chin and round your back and your pelvis.
  6. Repeat several times for about 10 to 12 reps.
